The fear of failure really held me back from trying to quit for a very long time but when my friend made the decision to sign up for the class I thought I would give to a try. Best decision I ever made.  I took the suggestions of the class and was able to stop smoking.  If I knew how much healthier I would feel I probably would stopped smoking many years ago.
