Donate

Our purpose is to restore what is lost, and help people live life to the fullest in recovery. Gifts from generous donors provide critical financial support for programs that help families struggling with addiction to alcohol and other drugs. You can offer hope and healing by making a donation to Phoenix Programs, Inc.

Of the many expressions of gratitude and appreciation we receive at Phoenix Programs, none touch us more than cards and letters from children.  They reveal the true, everyday impact of recovery from addiction.  Our goal at Phoenix Programs is to provide a “new perspective on recovery.”

Treatment and recovery is so complex… yet, it’s that simple.  And, it happens every day at Phoenix Programs, thanks to our donors. Every day, our donors help save someone’s dad, mom, spouse, child, sibling, or grandparent who turns to Phoenix Programs for help. Please search your heart and your ability to give and consider making a tax-deductable gift today. You can give on-line, by mail, or over the phone.

Please contact us if you have additional questions. We are happy to answer your questions about how you can bring hope and healing, dignity and respect to the lives Phoenix Programs touches each and every day.

GPRA Volunteer

The GPRA data collection tool is a series of questions that clinical staff asks clients as they enter the treatment process.  There are seven areas of information that are tracked: social supports, abstinence from drug/alcohol abuse, family and living conditions, employment/education, crime and criminal justice, access/capacity, and retention. After six months (or between 5-8 months) from the initial date of intake, a follow-up to the initial information becomes due.  The follow-up consists of the same questions and is collected to show the changes in client’s habits, health, and abstinence during this time period.  This information is critical in maintaining funding for agencies that provide these services, as well as showing the effectiveness for such treatment.  (GPRA stands for “Government Performance Results Act”).  All staff and volunteers adhere to Federal Regulations (42 CFR part 2) regarding client rights to confidentiality of records of their identity, diagnosis, prognosis, or treatment, as well as ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations as related to the release and retention of client information. Apply now.
