Heather Harlan spoke on Thursday afternoon November 4, 2010 to a workshop at the State Conference of the Missouri Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence. Heather presented briefly to explain how to find community partners who can share resources and knowledge for common purposes. Heather represents Phoenix Programs in the TREE Coalition–(Teen Resource Empowerment and Education) a faith-based group formed through a MO Foundation for Health to prevent domestic violence in youth dating relationships.
